These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by test4 ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide solar photovoltaic system design, supply, installation and related services. The exact scope of services for your project is defined in the quotation and order acceptance you receive separately.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are as quoted in your accepted order. Payment terms, deposits and balance schedule are set out in your order acceptance. Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT at the prevailing rate.

3. Installation

Installation dates are agreed in writing. We will take reasonable steps to meet agreed dates but cannot guarantee timing where delivery, permits, grid connection or weather are outside our control.

4. Warranties

Products supplied carry the manufacturer's warranty. Installation workmanship is warranted as set out in your order acceptance. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel within the statutory cooling-off period applicable to your jurisdiction. Cancellation outside that period is governed by the terms of your order acceptance.

6. Liability

Our total liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the price paid by you for the services concerned, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which test4 is established. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
